She has LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the Tel Aviv University, and a Ph.D. in Law from Bar-Ilan University. The subject of her doctorate thesis was “The Legal Nature of the Bank-Customer Relationship with respect to Safety Deposit Boxes”, supervised by Professor Sinai Deutch. During the years 1991-1997 she worked as an attorney in the Legal Department of Bank Leumi. Currently she is focusing on academic activities.
